1. General Store Eligibility

By executing an agreement to these Terms of Service, you affirm that you have legally crossed the age threshold of majority in your respective state, territory, or province of residence. Our Kids Playground Ball Park structures must never be utilized for any hazardous, unauthorized, or illegal activities.

2. Structural Safety Warning & User Liability

The Kids Playground Ball Park series is engineered with a strict minimum suggested user target age of 6 months+. While our product designs feature premium stainless steel tubes, lock-fit structural connectors, and tough fabric mesh walls, constant, unmonitored adult supervision is absolutely required at all times while a baby is inside the playground footprint.

PlayBound Yards rejects any liability for structural breakdowns, damage, or physiological injury caused by incorrect home assembly, user modifications, unanchored framing configurations, or neglectful oversight.

3. Profile & Billing Precision

We maintain full autonomous authority to decline or void any order logged into our queue. You promise to supply fully accurate, updated, and validated payment data and contact credentials for all checkout actions completed at our store.

4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms, together with any explicit service provisions or transactions processed here, shall be interpreted, governed, and bounded exclusively by the statutory laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
