Thank you for shopping at PlayBound Yards. We want you and your little ones to completely love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to support you through every step of the process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. To qualify for a full refund, your Kids Playground Ball Park or playard must meet the following safety and resale benchmarks:

It must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition.
It must remain packed securely within its original boxing, containing all structural stainless steel tubes, plastic components, and mesh panel fabrics.
It must include your official receipt or digital proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Logistics

Because premium baby playards are classified as oversized, heavy structural freight, customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping fees. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

⚠️ Missing or Damaged Parts? If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts (like an activity dashboard assembly or a wall-mount kit), do not send it back! Email us immediately at contact@playboundyards.com with snapshots of the issue, and we will ship out replacements for free.

3. The Inspection & Refund Process

Once your return bundle arrives at our fulfillment facility, our team will inspect its contents. We will immediately drop an email to notify you that we have received your item and confirm whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original credit card or payment gateway. Processing timelines depend heavily on your bank infrastructure, but normally take between 5–7 business days.
