At PlayBound Yards, we build heavy-duty, commercial-grade infant play environments. Because your order contains premium structural metal tubes and large canvas mesh materials, our shipping methods are highly optimized for secure, large-package transport.

1. Processing Windows

All client orders for the Kids Playground Ball Park series are reviewed, packed, and processed within 1–3 commercial business days (excluding national holidays and standard weekends). As soon as the carrier scans your package onto the truck, an tracking notification will hit your email account.

2. Delivery Windows & Freight Methods

We supply tracked ground freight shipping lines all across the United States. Due to the signature size parameters of our protective boxing, typical domestic travel times span between 5–10 regular business days depending on your local region.

3. Tracking Matrix

Every single package leaves our dock with full door-to-door tracking data attached. Please grant your system up to 48 hours from receipt of your tracking confirmation message for data updates to display live on the transit system map.

4. Shipping Point Address Verification

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot a typing error, message our operations desk instantly at contact@playboundyards.com. Once our delivery truck picks up the freight box from our dock doors, we cannot reroute or halt the shipment.
